Acne in adult women and teens getting rid of acne overnight

If you have a mild rash or itch, you can go to your local store and buy the over-the-counter, low strength cortisone cream to treat the symptoms for a few days or so. However, if you use it regularly, it can cause severe acne problems and thin your skin if you use it continuously.
So how does one actually go about "DISRUPTING" this insidious cycle of acne?... By using creams, lotions, ointments, masks? ... Well, that's one way. I call that surface-to-surface contact. For a percentage of acne sufferers, it'll work. It does interrupt -- not disrupt -- the acne cycle somewhat, but only at the surface. For many acne sufferers however, it does little good.
• Get some fresh air. Just a small amount of time outside each day can have a positive affect on your body. Do an outdoor activity such as gardening or take a walk. Our bodies need sunshine to produce Vitamin D in our skin and remain healthy. Just make sure you are protected from burning. Over exposure to the sun can be damaging to your skin so just make sure if you plan to be out in the sun for extended periods of time that you bring along some sun screen.
